Once that is setup you will need to set the Target Application to 'TFOC2'. This will make it so that instead of launching FOC, Texmod will be loaded instead. Then you will need to rename the Texmod application to 'TFOC'. You'll need to rename 'TFOC' to something like 'TFOC2'. So to set it up you need to copy the Texmod Application into the Binaries. I should note that using Texmod in this way will reset your campaign progress, so bear that in mind. If you're looking to get it working in FOC, there are a few important things to note.
